Course modules
01Define goals and priorities
Turn a sample business objective into clear tasks and measurable milestones. Compare priorities against available time, people and resources.
02Understand basic business numbers
Review sample revenue, cost and cash-flow information for everyday planning. Distinguish assumptions from recorded figures and identify questions requiring specialist advice.
03Coordinate people and responsibilities
Practise assigning tasks, clarifying ownership and setting realistic deadlines. Build a simple follow-up routine that supports accountability without unnecessary micromanagement.
04Communicate and handle workplace issues
Prepare clear briefs, meeting notes and constructive feedback using fictional scenarios. Practise listening, documenting agreements and escalating issues appropriately.
05Improve processes and customer service
Map a sample service process and identify delays or unclear handovers. Propose a small improvement and define how its effect could be checked.
06Review performance and plan next steps
Create a compact review sheet with useful measures and action owners. Present a short improvement plan with assumptions, risks and a realistic review date.
