Construction Planning & Progress Dashboards
Course modules
01Define the planning scope
Break a fictional project into clear activities and reporting milestones. Identify task owners and distinguish planning support from technical or safety approvals.
02Build a sample activity schedule
Arrange instructor-provided activities, durations and dependencies into a draft schedule. Record assumptions and flag conflicts for review rather than inventing safe work sequences.
03Structure progress records
Organise fictional updates with dates, evidence references and agreed status definitions. Check missing entries and separate reported progress from independently verified completion.
04Create a clear progress dashboard
Present checked schedule and progress information through suitable charts and summary tables. Label reporting dates, measurement bases and limitations clearly.
05Review delays and draft updates
Compare sample planned and reported progress and record possible issues for investigation. Use AI to draft non-sensitive summaries while verifying every figure and avoiding unsupported causal claims.
06Prepare a reviewed reporting handover
Check sources, calculations and version consistency before sharing the dashboard. Document refresh steps, outstanding questions and reviewer responsibilities.

Curriculum, duration and tuition are indicative and subject to confirmation. Use fictional or appropriately authorised teaching examples; do not bring confidential project records. Planning and reporting-support training only, not professional accreditation or authorisation to approve designs, certify completion or direct safety-critical site work. Real projects require appropriately qualified review and applicable project requirements. Software and licence costs will be confirmed before enrolment. No employment, completion-date or project-result guarantee. An enquiry does not confirm a place.
