Digital Clinic Workflows & No-Code Automation
Course modules
01Map the administrative process
Document appointment enquiries, task handovers and administrative follow-up using fictional scenarios. Separate routine administration from clinical decisions and identify accountable owners.
02Structure forms and task records
Design sample input fields and status records with only the information needed for the exercise. Check validation rules, missing entries and access requirements using fictional data.
03Build a no-code workflow prototype
Connect sample inputs, task updates and notifications in a suitable demonstration tool. Define trigger conditions and human approval points before any external action.
04Add reviewed AI assistance
Use AI to draft non-clinical administrative summaries and message templates from fictional examples. Check outputs for invented details and keep patient-specific advice outside the workflow.
05Test exceptions and failure handling
Run controlled tests for duplicate inputs, missing information and failed steps. Plan manual fallbacks, escalation routes and checks that prevent unintended messages.
06Prepare a supervised handover
Document permissions, review responsibilities, change records and monitoring checks. Present a working demonstration and identify what requires approval before real-world deployment.

Curriculum, duration and tuition are indicative and subject to confirmation. Training uses fictional data; do not bring patient-identifiable information. Educational administrative-workflow training only, not clinical licensure or authorisation for automated diagnosis, treatment, clinical triage or independent clinical decisions. Real-world deployment requires appropriate organisational approval and review of data handling, access and reliability. Software and subscription requirements will be confirmed before enrolment. An enquiry does not confirm a place.
