Compare quotations, minimum order quantities, lead times and payment terms. Build an indicative cost sheet covering the product, packaging and delivery assumptions.
05Plan stock, packaging and fulfilment
Estimate a manageable first order and map how products will be stored, packed and dispatched. Identify stock risks and prepare a basic replenishment plan.
06Prepare and test your launch
