Virtual Assistant & Remote Administrative Skills
Course modules
01Define services and client boundaries
Turn a fictional client brief into clear administrative tasks and deliverables. Record approval requirements and avoid promising availability or expertise you cannot provide.
02Organise email and calendars
Practise sorting fictional messages and preparing draft responses. Build sample schedules with explicit time zones and approval checks before any invitation or message is sent.
03Prepare documents and shared records
Create sample documents, meeting notes and structured administrative records. Check accuracy, version naming and access arrangements before sharing work.
04Draft customer-support replies
Prepare responses to fictional enquiries using supplied instructions. Use AI for drafts only and escalate questions outside the agreed scope.
05Track tasks and communicate progress
Maintain a sample task board with owners, deadlines and outstanding questions. Prepare concise updates and define handover arrangements for unfinished work.
06Assemble a reviewed service portfolio
Present sample administrative work with a quality-check checklist. Label practice projects honestly and create a realistic service-development plan.
Curriculum, duration and tuition are indicative and subject to confirmation. Use fictional client information; do not bring confidential records or account credentials. AI drafts require review and client-facing actions need appropriate permission. Software and subscription costs will be confirmed before enrolment. This is practical skills training, not professional accreditation, recruitment or a placement service. No clients, remote jobs, flexible hours or earnings are guaranteed. An enquiry does not confirm a place.
